Payment & Policy
Lesson pricing – Monthly membership packages:
30 minute weekly lessons – $130.00/mo
60 minute weekly lessons – $225.00/mo
All lessons are month to month, no contracts.
Monthly lesson packages are based on (4) four lessons per month.
No refunds / no prorating.
Invoices:
Lesson fees are due within (5) five business days of the invoice date. Please note that timely payment is appreciated and helps to secure a student’s spot in the current month’s schedule.
Payment methods:
Zelle – bank to bank, no fee
Check – made payable to The Music Salon
Direct bank draft - set up through My Music Staff

New student registration:
Please register for lessons by completing the form in the Contact section of this website.
Enrollment will be finalized after arrangements are set and lessons scheduled.
Backstage Pass VIP lanyards:
New students will be issued a VIP Backstage Pass lanyard by The Music Salon. We encourage all students to sport their lanyards while attending lessons at the studio and to keep on hand for attending events hosted/sponsored by The Music Salon.
Scheduling:
Students are assigned a weekly time slot based on availability.
Rescheduling is available.
Cancellations:
24 hour notice is required for all cancellations and must be done through the studio website portal, My Music Staff, or directly with your teacher, however make up allowance is not guaranteed and is based on availability.
No shows and cancellations with less than 24 hours notice are not eligible for make-up lessons.
Allowed make-up lessons should be rescheduled within same calendar month of missed lesson date.
Missed lessons will not be carried over to the next payment cycle.
If missed lessons cannot be made up, they will be forfeited, and lesson credit cannot be applied to the current or next payment cycle.
Special Note:
Some months throughout the year have (5) weeks for certain days of the week. Your teacher may designate a particular day as “skipped” or in some instances, use the extra day for any allowed makeups. All lesson packages are based on (4) lessons per month.
Safety:
Disclaimer: All teaching studios shall be equipped with a video camera for the student’s safety and instructor’s protection.
Upon conclusion of the lessons, children under 16 yrs must remain in the building until the parent/authorized adult arrives. If parent/authorized adult will be late arriving, instructor must be notified. The Music Salon is not responsible for any child left unattended and/or outside of the building.
