Instrumention: Piccolo/Flute/Alto Flute, Oboe/Cor Anglais, Clarinet, Trumpet & Piano. This piece was commissioned by the group Sounds Positive in 1998. The title refers to the constantly changing meter of the piece, and attempts to evoke a sense of panic as time runs out.
